Nature of Services

Sound Medicine 369 provides wellness and relaxation services through sound healing and somatic practices. Our services are not medical treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider.

Donation-Based Model

Our sessions operate on a donation-based model. Suggested donation amounts are provided as guidance, but you may give at a level that works for you. Donations support the continuation of this work and help sponsor sessions for those who cannot pay.

Donations are processed through Stripe. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Cancellation Policy

Reschedule: You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your session at no charge.

Late cancellation: A 50% scheduling fee may apply for cancellations within 24 hours of your session.

No-show: The full suggested amount may be charged to cover the reserved time.

Park events: Weather cancellations are announced via Meetup. Donations for cancelled events are refunded or credited.

We understand life happens. If you need flexibility, please contact us.

Session Conduct

Sessions are private, confidential experiences. We ask that you:

• Arrive on time or communicate if you're running late
• Inform us of any physical limitations or concerns
• Respect the space and other participants (for group sessions)

We reserve the right to end a session if behavior becomes disruptive or inappropriate.

Liability

Participation in sound healing and somatic sessions is voluntary. By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

• Sound Medicine 369 is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological effects experienced during or after sessions
• You are responsible for your own health decisions and should consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns
• Park events are held outdoors and may be affected by weather, terrain, or other environmental factors

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and audio, is the property of Sound Medicine 369 unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
