About Sound Medicine 369

Bringing peace, one vibration at a time.

Our Vision

Sound Medicine 369 exists to help people regulate their nervous systems, release stored trauma, and return to coherence using sound, somatic practices, and evidence-based healing methods.

We bridge three worlds: ancient and modern sound healing, somatic, fascia, and lymphatic work, and research-backed neuroscience and physiology. The experience should feel safe, grounded, feminine, and welcoming—with credible science behind it.

Melissa - Sound Therapist & Somatic Movement Facilitator

Melissa

Sound Therapist, Intercessor, Professional Listener & Somatic Movement Facilitator

Melissa has always had a divine calling to help others. After a tumultuous period that turned her entire world upside down, she had an awakening, left the corporate world, and began deepening her relationship with God.

On her personal journey to alchemize the trauma and adversity in her own life, the Holy Spirit led her to the healing medicine of sound and ancient meditative music. She experienced the profound positive effects it had on her entire mind, body, and spirit. It was so incredibly life-changing that she dove deeper and soon after began walking the path that God was leading her toward to help others using sound and other holistic therapies.

In the several years of her healing, Melissa's relationship with Jesus has been her foundation and guiding light. Through prayer, meditation, and intimate moments with Christ, she learned to surrender her past and anchor her identity in God.

Her mission at Sound Medicine 369 is to hold a safe and sacred space where people feel seen, experience restoration, and gently encounter God's love without fear.

Leala - Founder of Texas Sound & Creator of The CAP

Leala

Founder of Texas Sound & Creator of The CAP

Leala has been practicing sound therapy since 2020. After a near-death experience in 2014 that shifted her reality, she saw firsthand that the physical world is only a faint shadow of the presence and power of God. That encounter sparked a deep hunger to understand how humans reconnect with the Divine.

Her search led her into the science of meditation, frequency, breathwork, and all the ways vibration affects the human nervous system. She used these tools to survive and thrive in a demanding corporate career, and after experiencing their impact, she wanted to show people.

Since then, she has facilitated over 200 free public sound meditations, serving communities with sincerity, reverence, and humor. People describe her as grounding, non-judgmental, and disarmingly human—someone who meets people exactly where they are and helps them feel safe enough to let go. In her sessions, stuck emotion moves, burdens soften, and people remember who they really are.

As the founder of Texas Sound and creator of The CAP (Chakra Alignment Practice)— a global initiative exploring alignment through the lens of the Seven Deadly Sins and Seven Heavenly Virtues—she is passionate about helping people embody peace, clarity, and spiritual alignment in practical daily life. Her mission is simple: Help people step aside internally, let God take the wheel, and allow the body and soul to receive the Divine presence they were made for.

What We Offer

Through crystal singing bowls, Solfeggio frequencies, gongs, chimes, and sacred instruments from around the world, we create a vibrational space for your body to recalibrate. It's sound resonance therapy—not entertainment.

At Sound Medicine 369, we play notes and specific frequencies that allow your cells to retune to the harmony of divine love that sung them into coherence. We offer remembrance of what it sounds and feels like to be in brain-heart coherence.

Our Approach

Women-Centered, Welcoming to All

Our practice centers the experiences and needs of women, while remaining open and welcoming to all who seek healing. We create spaces where everyone can feel safe, seen, and supported.

Spiritually Open, Never Imposed

We honor various spiritual paths. Sessions can include prayer and spiritual intention for those who want it, or remain completely secular. We discuss your preferences before every session—nothing is assumed.

Donation-Based, Not Free

We believe in fair exchange. Our donation model allows those who can pay to sustain this work, while ensuring those in genuine need can still access healing. We trust each person to give at a level that works for them.

Science-Informed, Heart-Led

We stay current with research on sound, vibration, and nervous system regulation. But we also honor the mystery—some things that help people heal aren't fully understood yet, and that's okay.
